Unlike the wasteful arrangement of the political structure from which the Yoruba have already exited, the Democratic Republic of the Yoruba is based on a Business Model in which profit for Yorubaland, profit for the Indigenous Yoruba People as a collective, and profit for the Democratic Republic of the Yoruba, is a pinpointed goal of all governance.

DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF THE YORUBA IS A SOVEREIGN NATION FROM FRIDAY, APRIL 12, 2024. NIGERIAN GOVERNMENT ENCROACHMENT, AGGRESSION, AND TERRORISM WILL NOT BE TOLERATED ON OUR SOVEREIGN ANCESTRAL LAND Share on X

It is the aim of the Democratic Republic of the Yoruba to never allow any wastage and never allow any loss. This must be borne in mind by every indigenous person of the Democratic Republic of the Yoruba and therefore not expect the kind of financial brigandage that was the case in the amalgam we have been rescued from.

All Indigenous Yoruba People must learn to work hard, cooperate with the government of the Democratic Republic of the Yoruba in not giving room for a wasteful economy or a wasteful system of governance.

This begins with each indigenous Yoruba person knowing that he/she must never do anything with the intention of taking advantage, criminally, of the D.R.Y. We must be completely divorced from the attitude of “public money” being spent wastefully.

Each indigenous Yoruba person must see the business of governance of the Democratic Republic of the Yoruba as their own personal profit-oriented business. That way, each person will work for the good of the D.R.Y.

We must also be always ready to blow the whistle on anyone, Yoruba or otherwise, who attempts to take criminal advantage of the D.R.Y government or of the collective patrimony of the Indigenous Yoruba People.

This calls for a lot of self-discipline in not allowing sentiment to cloud our sense of judgment, especially when we have to report the underhanded activities of a fellow Yoruba person to the operatives of government.

We must remember that we are the government, and not those elected to represent us. In this regard, we must also keep a very focused eye, without being evil- minded against anybody, on the activities of our representatives-those elected by us to run the affairs of our government.
